Ki Ka Ku buns

猜猜看这是什么? ^_^

Xuan: wah..hamilai??? cai kuei???

以上皆非。这圆圆白白的小包子叫作Ki Ka Ku (福建话)=)
食谱取自Nasi Lemak Lover,也可以在 Jane's Corner找到中文版本的。
由于缺乏材料,我做了少许调整。

材料
- Glutinous rice flour 250g
- All purpose flour 300g (由于没有All purpose flour,我用plain flour取代)
- Sugar 150g
- Cooking oil 100g
- Yeast 1.5 tsp
- Water 240g
- Baking paper /Banana leaves (作为底部)

步骤
1. Mix all, knead until soft and smooth.
2. Divide dough into small round balls.
3. Cover with cling wrap. Leave it for 1 hour.
4. Steam over hot boiling water for 15 mins / until cooked.

小小贴士:
-如果加入馅料(如红豆沙)会更好吃!
-你也可以把它做成pandan 口味的(请参考 这里)或加入颜料。
-Original的Ki Ka Ku应该是使用banana leaves,而不是baking paper噢! ^^
