Homemade honey chicken


今天又有新的菜色了--Honey Chicken
上网找了食谱,然后换成简易版的。。=)

Marinade:
- 1 egg white
- 40g cornflour
- sesame oil, few drops
- salt, pinch
- 50ml water

Batter:
- 40g cornflour
- 100g self-raising flour
- 20ml oil
- 200ml water

Method:
1. Marinade 250g chicken breast fillet/ chicken thigh fillet with the ingredients mentioned above for about 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil and then turn to medium heat.
3. Dip the chicken fillet into the batter and deep fry.
4. Then stir fry with honey and sesame seeds.

*我没有sesame seeds.. 所以外观方面就扣了些分数,嘻嘻!


我还把一些炸好的鸡块拿去沾前天剩余的sweet and sour sauce
结果又多了另一道菜肴-Sweet and sour chicken :) :)


安啦,其实我也没有想象中的笨嘛 ^^
